Zucchini omelet
Ingredients :
- 5 eggs
- 1 zucchini
- 2 tbsp. herbs de provence
- 1 knob of butter

Peel and cut the zucchini into small pieces and brown them in a pan with butter for 15 minutes over medium heat.

Crack the eggs into a bowl. Beat them with a fork or a whisk. Add salt and pepper.

Pour them into the pan over the zucchini.

Cook for about 4 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally so that the preparation does not stick to the pan.
