Zucchini crisps
Ingredients :
- 4 small zucchini
- 150g flour
- frying oil
- 4 tbsp. salt
Preparation :

Peel the courgettes then cut them into thin strips.

In a colander, put a slice of zucchini, a little salt, another slice and so on to drain them for 30 minutes.

Then rinse them well in cold water and then pat them dry with paper towel.

Dip them in the flour so that they are coated on all sides and set aside for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Fry them in a frying pan with very hot oil or in a fryer until the strips are golden brown.
