White turnip salad
This is a very light and extremely quick to make salad that will allow you to enjoy it all year round. - 1 clove of garlic
- 1 C. olive oil
- 1 lemon

Wash new turnips thoroughly. Grate them and place them in a container.

Chop the parsley. Peel the garlic clove and chop finely. Add everything to the turnips. Mix well.

Drizzle with olive oil. Squeeze the lemon and add it to the salad. Add salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Place in the fridge for 2 hours before eating.
Tips
For a tangier and more vitaminized turnip salad, you can also add a finely grated Granny Smith apple to the preparation. It is also possible to replace the lemon juice with orange juice.
