White cheese and ricotta winter tart
Ingredients :
- 1 roll of shortcrust pastry or shortbread
- 200g 45% cottage cheese
- 200g ricotta
- 2 tbsp. potato starch
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- brown sugar
- finely grated zest of an orange
- 1/2 bar of dark pastry chocolate
Preparation :

Preheat the oven to th.6 (180°C).

Line a buttered and floured mold with the pastry.

Whisk together the cottage cheese, ricotta, sugar and finely grated zest of an orange.

Add the starch and mix well.

Spread over the dough and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove from the oven, let cool, then decorate with melted dark chocolate.

Serve cold.
