Waffles with bacon and Gruyere cheese

These bacon and Gruyère waffles are extremely tasty and ultra gourmet. They can be prepared in just a few minutes and will delight children and adults alike. - 175g flour
- 3 eggs
- 25 cl of milk
- 200 g of bacon
- 100 g of grated cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 80g butter
- salt pepper

In a skillet, brown the bacon. Drain to remove the fat then set aside.
Separate the egg whites and yolks. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the milk. In a second bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Add the melted butter and then the egg/milk mixture. Whip the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the mixture. Add the gruyère and the bacon. Add a little pepper. Mix well.
