- 25 cl of milk
- 200 g of bacon

Separate the egg whites and yolks. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the milk. In a second bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Add the melted butter and then the egg/milk mixture. Whip the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the mixture. Add the gruyère and the bacon. Add a little pepper. Mix well.
