Viennese chocolate with homemade whipped cream
Impossible to resist a delicious Viennese chocolate. To delight you for sure, we offer you a recipe that is very easy to make and especially with few ingredients. This Viennese chocolate is particularly gourmet with its powerful chocolate flavor and its airy whipped cream that melts in the mouth. All you have to do is go to the stove to delight your taste buds.
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1 liter of milk
- -For the whipped cream:
- 10 cl of liquid cream
- 1 C. icing sugar

Cooking 15 mins
Crush the dark chocolate in a saucepan and add 2 tbsp. of milk. Melt over low heat while stirring. Gradually add the rest of the milk while continuing to mix. Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, prepare the whipped cream. Pour the liquid cream into a cold bowl. Start whipping it with an electric mixer. When it begins to be firm, add the icing sugar while continuing to beat. When the whipped cream is firm, transfer it to a piping bag.
Fill a piping bag
Pour the hot chocolate into cups and cover with a generous layer of whipped cream. Serve immediately.
To vary the pleasures, you can also prepare a Viennese coffee. To do this, pour 20 cl of very strong hot coffee into each cup. Add a sugar cube and mix well to melt it. Poach the homemade whipped cream and serve immediately.
