Verrines with smoked duck breast
Quick and easy to make, these sweet and savory appetizer verrines are perfect for an appetizer or a buffet. The freshness and crunch of the apples spice up the duck and goat cheese to create a tasty mix. At the start of hoursal or during an aperitif, they will seduce all the guests. Make them ahead of time and store them in the fridge to save time.
Ingredients :
- 30 slices of smoked duck breast
- 3 apples
- 180 g fresh goat cheese
- 30 cl of liquid cream
- 120g butter

In hoursxing bowl, mix the fresh goat cheese with the cream until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy mixture. Book cool. Clean, peel and core the apples. Cut them into small cubes. Butter a skillet and add the apples. Fry them until they caramelize.

Arrange the caramelized apples in the verrines, add a layer of the cream and goat cheese mixture. Finish with 3 or 4 slices of duck breast. Let cool and serve!
