Ingredients :
- 4 burger buns
- 1 zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- 1 tomato
- salad leaves,
- olive oil
- salt pepper

Wash and cut into slices all the vegetables, except the salad.

Fry them in a large hot skillet with olive oil. Turn the slices halfway through cooking and season.

Meanwhile, cut the burger buns in half. Grill them for a few minutes.
