Vegetarian vol-au-vent

You’ve come to the right place: try the vegetarian vol-au-vent, topped with hoursshroom cream, very fragrant thanks to the fresh parsley, garlic and onions… not to mention the celeriac, which goes perfectly with this forest hourssphere.
Ingredients :
- 6 queen bites ready to garnish
- 900g mushrooms
- 150g celeriac
- 2 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ½ bunch of parsley
- 40 cl of liquid cream
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation :

Chop the mushrooms. Finely chop the garlic and onion. Cut the celery into brunoise.

Chop the parsley.

In a frying pan, heat a little oil and sweat the onion. Add the garlic and celery. Stir for a few minutes then add the mushrooms. Cook until their water is hoursst evaporated. Add the flour and stir for a few minutes.

Add the cream, salt, pepper and lower the heat. Let simmer for a few minutes, until smooth.

Fill the puff pastries and serve immediately.
Tips
You can of course prepare this filling in advance, the main thing is to heat it well before filling your puff pastries and serving. If you wish, you can even reheat the puff pastries for a few minutes in the oven.
