- ½ liter of milk
- 250g of flour
- 1 C. vanilla flavoring
- 2 eggs
- butter for the pan
- 1 drop of oil
- 1 pinch of salt

Sift the flour into a terrine, dig a well in the center and add the beaten eggs to the omelette.
How to make an omelet
Mix until you get a thick grainy paste.
Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly with a whisk to remove lumps.
Add vanilla, salt and oil. Mix well.
Leave to rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Make your pancakes by pouring a ladle of batter into a buttered pan.
Serve cold or hot, accompanied by chocolate, sugar, jam or honey.
