Vanilla hot chocolate
- 20 cl whole milk
- 4 tbsp. chocolate powder
- 1/4 of a dark chocolate bar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Heat the whole milk with the chocolate cut into pieces in a saucepan. Stir well until the chocolate chunks are completely melted then bring to the boil.
As soon as the chocolate is melted and the milk begins to boil, remove the pan from the heat.
Add the vanilla sugar and chocolate powder to the chocolate milk and whisk well for 2 minutes.
Then put the pan back on low heat and bring the hot chocolate to a boil again, so that it is thick and creamy.
As soon as it boils, pour the hot chocolate into hoursg.
You can decorate your cup of hot chocolate with a cloud of whipped cream or whipped cream.
