Tuna-tomato clafoutis
Delicious recipe to enjoy with a salad.
Ingredients :
- 100g of flour
- 4 eggs
- 20 cl of milk
- 70 g grated Emmental cheese
- 1 can of tuna in oil
- 1 can of cherry tomatoes
- 4 pinches of salt
- 4 pinches of Provencal herbs
Preparation :

Mix the flour, milk, eggs, salt and Provencal herbs.

Add the crumbled tuna, grated cheese.

Place the tomatoes in a buttered and floured mold.

Pour the preparation on top.

Cook 40min, th.6.7 (220°C).
