Tuna and olive cake
Ingredients :
- 100g of flour
- -300 g of tuna
- -100 g pitted green olives
- -10 cl of milk
- -3 eggs
- -100 g of grated cheese
- -10 cl of oil
- -fine salt
- -pepper

Preheat the oven to th.

Pass the flour through a sieve then put it in hoursxing bowl and mix it with the eggs.

Incorporate the cold milk, the oil, the yeast then whisk everything together.

Crumble the tuna, grate the cheese and cut the green olives into pieces then pour them into the bowl.

Using a spatula, stir well.

Grease the cake tin with butter then sprinkle with flour.

Spread the dough in the mold and put in the oven.

Leave to cook for 40 mins.

Take the cake out of the oven, remove it from the mold and let it cool.
