Mix sugar, flour and yeast.

Add eggs, tbsp. tablespoons of milk then mix everything and add the oil.

Peel the apples, cut them into pieces and add them to the dough.

Pour the batter into a buttered cake pan.

Bake for 40 minutes until browned.
