Tomatoes Salad With Mozzarella

- 4 tomatoes
- 250g mozzarella
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 C. balsamic vinegar
- 3 sprigs of basil
- salt pepper
Preparation 10 minutes
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into tomato slices. Cut the mozzarella into strips of the same thickness. Wash, strip the basil leaves and roughly chop.

Arrange the tomato slices and the mozzarella in a ring on 4 plates, alternating a slice of tomato then a slice of mozzarella. Sprinkle with basil.
Then season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Salt, pepper. Serve chilled.
