Tomato puff pastry cookies
Ingredients :
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 1 jar of tomato coulis
- 200 g grated Gruyère cheese
- dried oregano

Unroll the puff pastry on a floured work surface.

Spread the tomato coulis on the puff pastry then sprinkle with grated cheese and dried oregano.

Roll the puff pastry on itself, tightly, to form a long sausage.

Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

After this time, preheat the oven to 210°C.

Take the puff pastry sausage out of the fridge and remove the cling film. Cut it into slices about 1 cm thick. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15 minutes until the rolls are golden brown.

Serve hot or cold as an aperitif.
