Toasts au gratin
Ingredients :
- 8 slices of square or ball bread
- 4 potatoes
- 2 cans of smoked or salted bacon
- 8 c. fresh cream
- 16 slices of croque-monsieur cheese

Preheat the oven th.6 (180°C).

Take the slices of bread and put 1 tbsp. tablespoons of fresh cream on each slice (spread well).

Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and brown them in a hot buttered pan. add a little water and cook for 15 minutes, stirring regularly.

Fry the bacon in another pan and add them to the potatoes. Mix.

Arrange them on the sandwiches and add the slices of cheese (2 per slice).

Bake for 5 minutes to brown the cheese on top of the sandwiches.

Serve hot with a green salad.
