- 2 slices of country bread
- 1 slice of white ham
- tomato coulis
- 1 tomato
- 2 eggs
- grated cheese
- salt pepper

Preheat the oven to th.5 (155°C).
Take the slices of bread and toast them.
Pour 4 tablespoons of tomato coulis into a small deep bowl.
On your kitchen board, cut the ham into half slices.
