Thyme, carrot and cheese muffins
Ingredients :
- 500 g grated carrots
- 100g feta
- 350 g of wheat flour and baking powder incorporated
- 150g wheat flour
- 1 C. crumbled thyme
- 25 cl of milk
- 1 egg
- salt pepper

Preheat the oven th.7 (210°C).

Butter hoursffin pan.

Sift the flours on a bowl, add a pinch of salt, then stir in the egg, milk, carrots, crumbled cheese and thyme.

Fill the molds with this preparation and cook for 20 minutes.

Serve the muffins hot.
