Thin fig tartlet
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 1 tablet of nougat
- 20 to 30 figs
- Brown sugar
Preparation 20 mins
Cooking 10 minutes
Cut out 4 rounds of the same size from the dough.
How to degerm garlic?
Spread the brown sugar over the dough, leaving space around the edges.
Cut the figs into strips and arrange them on the dough, in a circle.
Place a knob of butter in the center of each tartlet.
Break the nougat and scatter it over the tartlet. Put some cinnamon.
Put in the oven preheated to th.7 (200°C), for 10 min of cooking.
