Thermomix kiwi smoothie
Would you like to prepare a good smoothie with kiwis? Are you in a hurry and have very little time to eat your breakfast? But you still want to eat healthy, eat fruit: nothing better than this recipe! The smoothie is packed with vitamins and will give you the energy you need for your morning.
- 1 apple
- 6 kiwi fruit
- 600ml water
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation 2 min
Peel and cut the kiwis and the apple into pieces.
In the bowl of the Thermomix, put the apple, the kiwis, the water, the sugar then mix for 1 minute at speed 8. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
You can add more or less water depending on the consistency of juice you want. For more freshness, add 3 ice cubes to the preparation before blending.
