Thermomix cupcakes for Valentine’s Day

Ingredients :
- For the dough:
- 130g sugar
- 120g flour
- 110g milk
- 55g soft butter
- 1 egg
- 1 C. teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 C. baking powder
- 1 knife tip of red food coloring
- For the icing:
- 240 g cream cheese spread
- 240g icing sugar
- 60g butter
- 10g vanilla sugar
- 1 knife tip of red food coloring
- 1 C. tablespoon colored sugar decorations

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Pour all the ingredients for the dough into the bowl of the food processor (flour, egg, sugar, butter cut into pieces, milk, cocoa, yeast, coloring). Mix 20 seconds on speed 4.

Place paper liners in muffin tins and fill them three-quarters full with the batter. Bake for 20 minutes, then let cool.

In the washed and dried bowl, pour the icing sugar, vanilla sugar, cream cheese, butter cut into pieces and coloring. Dose it according to your desires to obtain a pinker or redder cream. Mix for 20 seconds on speed 4 and transfer to a piping bag.

When the muffins have completely cooled, pipe the cream on top in a swirl. Sprinkle with sugar decorations.
Tips
Adapt the flavor of the Thermomix cupcakes for Valentine’s Day according to the tastes of your other half: add chocolate chips or raisins to the dough, slip in crushed hazelnuts or a square of chocolate before baking… and decorate the icing with hearts or sugar balls!
