Thermomix crushed ice
The crushed ice with the Thermomix is a very simple and really quick recipe to prepare just before mixing your favorite cocktails. Like all very easy things, it will probably ask you to calibrate depending on the size of the ice cubes you will be using. The following formula is a base, see the explanations in the Tips section, at the end of the recipe for more explanations.
Ingredients :
- 500g ice cubes

Place the ice cubes in the bowl of the Thermomix. Close the lid fitted with the measuring cup.

Spray 10 sec, speed 6.

Serve the crushed ice immediately.

Tips
To prevent the crushed ice from melting in the glasses right away, place your glasses in the freezer for a few minutes to chill them. Depending on the size of your ice cubes, try to mix 10 sec at speed 5 (for the smallest) and increase to speed 7 (for the very large).
