Tartines with peas and radishes
Ingredients :
- 6 slices of bread
- 100g peas
- 1/4 bunch radish
- 20 g arugula
- 4 shallots
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- Zest of 1/2 lime
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper

Peel and mince the shallots.

Heat 1 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and cook the shallots and peas until tender, without letting them brown. Salt, pepper and mix everything in a blender to obtain a puree.

Peel and cut the garlic clove in half. Clean and cut the radishes into thin slices. Wash and spin dry the arugula.

Rub the slices of bread with the garlic and pass them through the toaster, then spread them with the mashed peas.

Add a few slices of radish and an arugula leaf on top. Taste without waiting.
