Tartines au gratin with cream and ham
Ingredients :
- 1 ball of bread cut
- 20 cl fresh cream
- 1 tube of tomato sauce
- White Ham
- grated cheese

Preheat your oven to th.7 (210°C).

Coat each slice of bread with a thin layer of fresh cream, tomato sauce, then cover each sandwich with ham.

Then add grated Gruyère, then place the sandwiches on the oven rack.

Then put them in the oven for no more than 3 to 4 minutes so that the cheese melts, and the bread has a light crust, but is soft inside.
