Sweet puff pastry twists
- 1 puff pastry
- 4 packets of vanilla sugar

Preheat the oven to 210° (th.7).
Unroll the puff pastry, then cut it into strips of about 10 x 3 cm.
Brush the strips with milk. Sprinkle them with vanilla sugar.
Twist each strip. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle again with sugar, then place the plate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Bake for 10 minutes.
