Sun-dried tomato and ricotta bruschetta

- 4 slices of bread
- 150g ricotta
- 16 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 6 sprigs of fresh chives

Drain the sun-dried tomatoes. Clean and pat the chive sprigs dry. Chisel them. In a bowl, beat the ricotta with salt and pepper.
