Stuffed red mullet by FAST[OCHE]®

If you appreciate iodized flavors, bet on red mullet! Want to give it a little extra flavor? Opt for a vegetable stuffing based on zucchini and phourssan. Without forgetting the breadcrumbs, which will bring crispness without ousting the subtle aroma of the fish: the stuffed red mullet is all good 😉

Ingredients :

  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 red mullet
  • 1 C. tablespoon phourssan powder
  • 1 C. breadcrumbs
  • A few basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp. olive tapenade
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation :

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Cut the zucchini into small dice.

  • 3

    In a salad bowl, mix the diced zucchini, the breadcrumbs and the phourssan. Salt and pepper.

    Chop the basil and add it to the preparation.

    Clean, empty the red mullet and make a cut on the back of the fish.

    Brush the inside of the fish with olive tapenade.

    Then stuff them with the previous mixture.

    Bake the stuffed red mullet for 10 minutes.

    Serve the fish on a bed of white rice and sprinkle with phourssan powder.
