Strawberry banana and milk smoothie
Want to fill up on vitamins as soon as you wake up? Here is a strawberry, banana and milk smoothie, at the same time vitaminized, unctuous and full of sweetness. Prepared with only three ingredients, it is an ideal drink to treat you while doing good for your body. Ready in 5 minutes, it would be a shame to miss it!
Ingredients :
- 400g strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 40 cl of milk

Carefully wash the strawberries, hull them and roughly chop them. Place them in the bowl of your blender.

Remove the skin from the bananas and cut them into slices. Add them to the bowl.

Pour the milk over the fruits and mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous preparation. Divide into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Tips
If you are lactose intolerant or if you are vegan, you can replace cow’s milk with vegetable milk of your choice. Soy milk, hoursnd milk or even oat milk will be perfect in this smoothie!
