Spinach Hummus
Ingredients :
- 300g tinned chickpeas
- 100 g baby spinach
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 c. olive oil
- 1 C. sesame oil
- 1 handful of walnut powder
- salt pepper

Wash and pat dry the spinach leaves. Drain the canned chickpeas. Peel and crush the garlic. Place the patted baby spinach and the drained chickpeas in the bowl of a food processor. Add the crushed garlic, walnut powder, olive oil and sesame oil, then mix for several seconds until you obtain a homogeneous purée. Taste, then adjust the seasoning with salt if necessary.
