Spanish hot chocolate without milk
Ingredients :
- 250 g of chewable chocolate
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder

Break the chocolate into small pieces, put them in a saucepan with 1.5 dl of cold water and melt gently in a bain-marie. Smooth the melted chocolate with a spoon to obtain a cream.

Add 9 dl of water while stirring. Flavor with cinnamon and cook for 5 to 6 minutes in a bain-marie, avoiding boiling. Divide the chocolate into mugs and serve hot.
