- 500g potatoes
- 250g vermicelli
- 500g clams
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt pepper

Wash and peel your potatoes.
On a kitchen board, slice the tomatoes and pepper.
Chop the tomatoes and cut the bell pepper into small cubes.

Peel then chop the onion and the garlic.

In a Dutch oven, over low heat, pour the olive oil then sauté the onion and pepper for 4 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, 1 tbsp. paprika coffee and let it come back for a few minutes.
Incorporate the potatoes then add 1.25 l of water.
In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, salt, pepper, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley and a little cooking juice.
Pour this content over the peppers then add the vermicelli and the clams.
Once the apples and vermicelli are cooked, let stand for a few minutes.
