Soft grated vegetable fritters
- 450g flour
- 2 carrots
- 2 zucchini
- 40 g phourssan
- 10 cl of milk
- 6 eggs
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 packet of baking powder
- salt pepper
Preparation 20 mins

Peel the carrots. Clean the zucchini.
Grate the carrots, zucchini and Phourssan using a grater. Put everything in a salad bowl.
In a container, mix the flour with the salt, pepper, yeast, eggs, olive oil and milk, until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
Add the grated vegetables and cheese and mix well.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook ladlefuls of batter, a few minutes on each side, to obtain soft golden donuts.
Repeat the process until the dough is used up.
Serve hot with a little fresh cream and chopped herbs (parsley, dill, chives, etc.)
