- 1 Oak leaf salad
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 C. tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 red onion

Start by stripping and washing the oak leaf lettuce. Wring it out using a salad spinner or a clean tea towel. Place the oak leaves in a large salad bowl.
