Smoked shoursn, avocado and candied tomato cake
- 150g flour
- 150g smoked shoursn
- 1 avocado
- 1 packet of yeast
- 3 eggs
- 15 candied tomatoes
- 8 cl candied tomato oil
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon tomato puree
- 13 cl of milk
- 100 g of grated cheese
- handful of pitted olives

Preheat the oven to th.6 (180°C).
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then the baking powder and flour. Mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Drain the candied tomatoes and chop them, but keep the olive oil. Drain the olives.
Peel the avocado, pit it and mash the flesh. Mix it with the shoursn and the tomato puree, then add to the salad bowl. Mix.
Add the tomato oil and the heated milk, then the olives and the grated cheese. Mix. Pepper.
Pour into a non-stick coated cake tin and bake for 45 minutes.
