Simple Mushroom Cappuccino
Ingredients :
- 250g mixed mushrooms
- 10 cl of full liquid cream
- 2 shallots
- 1 chicken stock tablet
- 10g butter
- salt pepper

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into pieces.

Peel and mince the shallots.

Melt the butter in a casserole dish and sweat the minced shallot in it for 3 minutes.

Add the mushrooms, mix well and cook for 5 minutes, then pour 50 cl of water.

Let boil and crumble the stock tablet. Close the casserole and leave to simmer on low for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, whip the cream into a foam, salt and pepper. You can use a siphon to save time.
