Shrimp ceviche

My personal recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 kg peeled prawns
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 mango
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 4 fresh onions (spring onions)
  • 120 cherry tomatoes cut in 2
  • lettuce leaves
  • 1 bunch of chopped Chinese parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne coffee (seeds)
  • the juice of 8 squeezed lemons
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt pepper

Preparation :

  • Preparation 30 mins

  • Cooking 5 minutes

  • Rest 1 d 0 h 0 min

    Boil the water with 1 tbsp. salt. When the water is boiling, add the shelled prawns and turn off the heat.

    After 5 minutes, drain the prawns. In a salad bowl, dice all the ingredients.

  • 3

    Add the shrimp, lemon, olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper.

  • 4

    Mix well, cover tightly and let sit in the fridge for 24 hours.

  • 5

    Treat yourself by serving this delicious salad in lettuce leaves. Enjoy your lunch !
