Shrimp ceviche
My personal recipe
Ingredients :
- 1 kg peeled prawns
- 1 avocado
- 1 mango
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 medium white onion
- 4 fresh onions (spring onions)
- 120 cherry tomatoes cut in 2
- lettuce leaves
- 1 bunch of chopped Chinese parsley
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne coffee (seeds)
- the juice of 8 squeezed lemons
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation :

Boil the water with 1 tbsp. salt. When the water is boiling, add the shelled prawns and turn off the heat.

After 5 minutes, drain the prawns. In a salad bowl, dice all the ingredients.

Add the shrimp, lemon, olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper.

Mix well, cover tightly and let sit in the fridge for 24 hours.

Treat yourself by serving this delicious salad in lettuce leaves. Enjoy your lunch !
