Shell clafoutis with grated zucchini
Ingredients :
- 300g shells
- 2 large zucchini
- 1 onion
- 30 cl of liquid cream
- 20 cl of milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 10g cornstarch
- grated cheese
- butter
- salt pepper
Preparation :

Cook the shells in a pot of boiling water according to the packet instructions.

When they are al dente, remove the pan from the heat and drain them.
