Shark steak’
Ingredients :
- 1 slice of shark<br>-1 shallot<br>-1 glass of white wine<br>-olive oil<br>-herbes de Provence& ;lt;br>-salt, pepper
Preparation :

Pepper, salt and sprinkle with Provencal herbs on both sides of the meat.

Peel and chop the shallots.

Sear them in a little olive oil.

Sauté the slice of shark for 1 min for each side.

Cover with white wine and cook.
