Savory Pumpkin and Comté Cookies
- 75g flour
- 40g hourskin
- 30g grated Comté cheese
- 1 egg
- 40g butter
- 1 C. hazelnut powder
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons dried thyme
- 1 C. yeast
- 1 pinch of salt

Cooking 10 minutes
Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Peel and cut the hourskin into small cubes.
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, hazelnut powder and dried thyme in a bowl.
Add the hourskin, the Comté cheese, the egg and the melted butter then mix well until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Form cookies using two tablespoons and place them on the baking sheet.
Flatten them slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 10 minutes until the cookies are golden brown.
Leave to cool on a wire rack after removing from the oven.
Peel the cookies and place them in an airtight box until tasting.
