Savory ham and cheese muffins
Ingredients :
- 180g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 slices of white ham
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 10 cl of milk
- 100 g of grated cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- Provence herbs and (or) oregano
- salt and pepper

Preheat the oven th.6 (180°C).

In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder then dig a well.

In another bowl, mix the eggs with the milk and olive oil, then pour this mixture into the well of flour.

Mix, then add half the grated cheese, the mozzarella cut into very small cubes, and the ham cut into cubes.

Season with salt, pepper and oregano or Provencal herbs.

Pour the batter into muffin tins, then sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese.

Bake for around 25 mins.
