Savory cookies with ohoursal and pistachios
Ingredients :
- 45g flour
- 40g rolled oats
- 80g chopped salted pistachios
- 30g grated cheese
- 1 egg
- 40g butter
- 1 C. yeast
- 1 pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 210°C.

Combine flour, oats, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

Add the chopped pistachios, the grated cheese, the egg and the melted butter then mix well until you obtain a homogeneous paste.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Form cookies using two tablespoons and place them on the baking sheet.

Flatten them slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 10 minutes until the cookies are golden brown.

Leave to cool on a wire rack after removing from the oven.

Peel the cookies and place them in an airtight box until tasting.
