Savory cake with green olives and the Laughing Cow®
Savory cake is always a good idea! As a starter, as hoursin course, at aperitif time, or even as a picnic, its convivial and gourmet side delights everyone. This one is very simple, with good green olives, and laughing cow. The little ones, the medium ones, the big ones, everyone will be conquered! And you, you will be delighted! Follow the recipe…
Ingredients :
- 150g white flour
- 4 servings of The Laughing Cow®
- 100g pitted green olives
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 dl olive oil
- 12.5 cl of milk
- 10 g baking powder
- salt, pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to th.6 (180°C).

Heat the milk until it is lukewhours In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk, the laughing cow portions and the olive oil. Add the flour and the baking powder then mix well until you obtain a very smooth and homogeneous dough. Cut the green olives into slices and add them to the dough. Salt and pepper to taste and mix again.

Then butter and flour a cake tin and pour the batter into it. Put the savory cake in the oven and cook for 30 minutes, checking the cooking with the tip of a knife. It should come out clean and dry at the end of cooking. When the cake is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack.

Then turn it out onto a serving platter. Enjoy the cake with green olives and Laughing Cow rather cold, accompanied by a homemade herb sauce and a seasoned green salad for starter or main course. You can also cut it into small cubes and serve it as it is as an aperitif.
