Salted yogurt cake
Quick a cake to go! A quick recipe that does not require a scale and that adapts to everyone’s tastes. This is a base that can change with the seasons and diets (vegetarian or not). Delicious for a picnic in the park or a Canadian meal. Find all my recipes on my blog: https://pinkcappuccino.ch/
Ingredients :
- 1 pot of yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 3 jars of flour
- 1/2 jar peanut oil
- 1.5 jars of grated phourssan
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1/2 pot of tomato coulis
- 1 zucchini (yellow or green), peeled (or not), thinly sliced
- 1 C. pizza spice

Empty the yogurt pot into a bowl. The empty jar will serve as hoursasure.

Put all the ingredients in the salad bowl. Mix.

Pour into an oiled cake pan.

Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C. Check for doneness with a knife.
Tips
Using a pot as hoursasure allows for quick cooking. No scale needed.
