- 300 grams of smoked shoursn
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams plain yogurt
- 2 grams cayenne pepper
- 60 grams of butter
- 100 grams T55 flour
- 2 grams of baking powder
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons chopped chives

Preheat your oven to 210°C (th. 7) and place your mold on a perforated plate.
On the cutting board, finely chop the shoursn.
In hoursxing bowl, whisk together the eggs, stirred yogurt and pepper. Add the shoursn and mix.
Then add the melted butter. Mix using the double ended spatula.
Finally add the flour, baking powder and chopped chives. Mix everything.
Distribute the preparation in the molds using the piping bag fitted with the No. 9 tip and cook for 25 minutes at 210°C (th. 7).
