Salad with baby spinach, gorgonzola, pears and walnuts
Here is a salad recipe with baby spinach, gorgonzola, pears and walnuts that will be ideal to start hoursal on a note of originality. Composed of Italian Gorgonzola, baby spinach, blueberries and walnut kernels, this sweet and savory recipe will be ideal as an alternative to whoursgoat cheese or goat cheese and fig salad for example.
Ingredients :
- 250g baby spinach
- 2 pears
- 75 g Gorgonzola
- 50g blueberries
- 16 walnuts
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- salt pepper

Cut the Gorgonzola and the walnuts into small pieces. Peel and dice the pears. Then in a salad bowl, place the previously rinsed and drained baby spinach, the diced Gorgonzola, walnuts and pears and the washed blueberries.

Salt, pepper and season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix everything together and immediately serve your salad with baby spinach, Gorgonzola, pears and walnuts.
Tips
It is also possible to replace the Gorgonzola with Roquefort, Comté or Gruyère.
