Salad From Red Cabbage

Wash the cabbage, remove the stem and the first leaves. Then, chop it finely. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Wash and then chop the parsley. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze it over a bowl to extract the juice. Book.
