Russian salad
Typical winter dish and present on the buffet for the end of the year celebrations.
Ingredients :
- 300g peas
- 150g beef
- 3 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 pickles
- 1 onion
- Parsley
- 4 tbsp. tablespoon sour cream OR mayonnaise

Cook the meat, carrots and potatoes separately.

Put the peas in a salad bowl.

Slice the onion, cut the rest of the ingredients into small cubes and add them to the peas.
