Roast pork with Boursin and Cookeo
For a Sunday lunch or a weekday evening, this Boursin roast pork recipe with Cookeo is perfect for preparing a quick and tasty meal. The creamy Boursin sauce brings that little extra that is sure to earn you praise. Testing this recipe is definitely adopting it!
Ingredients :
- 1 pork roast
- 200g garlic and herb boursin
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 stock cube
- salt pepper
- 20 cl of water

Heat the Cookeo in “brown” mode and brown the sliced onions in a drizzle of oil for 2 minutes. Then add the roast pork and let it cook for 7 to 8 minutes, turning it regularly to brown it evenly. Add the stock cube diluted in water, the boursin, salt and pepper. Program the Cookeo in “rapid cooking” or “pressure cooking”/immediate start mode and adjust the cooking time to 30 min. Close the lid and cook.

When the cooking is finished, open the Cookeo and add the cornstarch then mix with a wooden spoon or a whisk. Season to taste, let the sauce thicken for a few minutes on the “brown” mode, then serve immediately.
Tips
Serve this roast pork with Boursin in the Cookeo with shells and pan-fried vegetables, for example. Unless you opt for the express and light version of roast pork and green salad: simple but effective!
