Red fruit smoothie with Thermomix
For breakfast or as a snack, opt for this delicious red fruit smoothie with the Thermomix, full of vitamins and antioxidants. It is prepared with frozen fruit, available all year round, but it can also be made with fresh fruit if you prepare it in the right season.
Ingredients :
- 600g cold milk
- 300 g frozen mixed red fruits
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sugar

Pour the fruit into the Thermomix bowl, add the sugar and vanilla sugar then mix for 10 seconds at speed 8.

Add the yogurt, milk and mix for 30 seconds at speed 8.
Tips
For a very fresh red fruit smoothie with the Thermomix, you can add ice cubes at the end, then mix one last time for 30 seconds at speed 10. The milk can be replaced by hoursnd milk.
